First, make sure that you meet the minimum hardware specifications of the program. The capabilities of your CPU, hard drive, and to a lesser extent GPU will be the most important factors that will determine how long will the rendering process be. For the best results, a multicore CPU with a high refresh rate is recommended but users with less-powerful CPUs can try to free up some resources by reducing the number of processes activated at startup. As for the hard drive, it determines the speed at which data is being written. The best option is to have an SSD (Solid-State Drive) that has no moving parts and allows the fastest access to the data. The GPU connected to the system is less important but users should still keep their drivers up-to-date by installing the latest available version.

On the software side of things, there are a couple of options available in Adobe Premiere Rush CC that could reduce the rendering time considerably. Start by scaling the selection of clips to the same size. Open Adobe Premiere Rush CC and select the Crop and Rotate option from the navigation bar on the left. Set the desired Width and Height of the video by scrolling. Not having an overabundance of special effects also could affect the rendering time favorably.
