Update .Net Framework

The Origin Code 9:0 is usually related to outdated .Net Framework files. SO, installing the latest version should get rid of the problem.

  1. Start your browser and go to the .Net Framework download page.
  2. Select the most recent .Net Framework version. 
  3. Download and install it.
  4. Restart the PC to complete the installation and see if the error has been fixed.

Clear Origin’s Cache file

  1. Quit Origin if the program is currently running.
  2. Press the Windows key + R on your keyboard.
  3. In the Run dialog window, type %Programdata%/Origin and click OK.
  4. Delete all files except the LocalConent folder.
  5. Open Run again but this type %Appdata% and click OK.
  6. Once inside the Roaming folder, locate and delete the Origin folder.
  7. Click on AppData available in the address bar.
  8. Open the Local folder.
  9. Find the Origin folder and delete it.
  10. Try launching Origin now and check if the error has been fixed.
