WORM_OTORUN.ASH is a malignant computer worm that uses LNK vulnerability to circulate through removable drives. WORM_OTORUN.ASH can create component files together with .LNK extension under the shared folders, and once the computer user clicks on those files, WORM_OTORUN.ASH copy is automatically executed causing complete harm. WORM_OTORUN.ASH installs itself by other malware infections from remote websites and replicates itself through removable drives. WORM_OTORUN.ASH generates a connection with specific infected web pages with the aim to download numerous malicious files on to the compromised PC system. To protect your computer from serious damage, uninstall WORM_OTORUN.ASH immediately after detection.
