Trojan.Zekos
Trojan.Zekos, otherwise known as Trojan.Patched.Zekos, is a Trojan that can play audio advertisements in the system background without a computer user's approval. Trojan.Zekos can access the computer system secretly without asking the PC user's agreement. Trojan.Zekos enables cybercriminals to obtain remote unauthorized access and control of the corrupted PC. After installation, Trojan.Zekos can make modifications on the computer by downloading infected files or making changes to the registry entries. Trojan.Zekos can connect to a command and control server to receive commands for further malicious activities on the infected computer system. Trojan.Zekos can also control the PC user's Web browsing routine and collect browsing details for malicious intentions.
