ThaeAdAopp is a potentially unwanted program (PUP) that may get loaded onto the computer system without the PC user's consent. Once installed, ThaeAdAopp may add an unwanted browser extension, plug-in or add-on on the Web browser. ThaeAdAopp may also be categorized as adware. The main aim of ThaeAdAopp may be to display intrusive pop-up advertisements and messages while the PC user is surfing the Internet. ThaeAdAopp may be capable of changing search results in legitimate search engines such as Google, Yahoo or Bing. Web-links modified by ThaeAdAopp may forcibly reroute computer users to questionable websites that were designed for advertising intentions that is to possibly generate advertising revenue from raised web traffic and clicks on ads.
