Rocket-find.com is a questionable website that is related to a browser hijacker known as Rocket, a potentially unwanted program, produced by a company called Fried Cookie. Rocket is a Web browser that depends on the Chromium open source project. The homepage Rocket-find.com which is used by Rocket may declare to make a PC user's online browsing activity better by giving quick access to favorite websites, getting call messages and adding other beneficial features. Rocket is categorized as a browser hijacker because, once installed, it may replace the Web browser's default start page and search provider or a new tab window with Rocket-find.com. The Rocket browser hijacker may be distributed and integrate itself into Web browsers involving Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox as an optional program packaged with free applications when downloading or installing selected free software from unprotected download websites. The Rocket browser hijacker may trace the PC user's Web browsing routine by recording the IP address, type of the Web browser, referral data, search requests and links upon which computer users select to click.
