PUP.OneClick is a potentially unwanted application, which may be associated with an adware and browser hijackers. PUP.OneClick may show unwanted pop-up ads on a screen of a PC. PUP.OneClick may download potentially malicious files and registry entries on the computer system. PUP.WeCare.A may embed unwanted add-ons, plug-ins or extensions and inject scripts on the web browser. PUP.OneClick is not a malware infection but it may contain numerous potentially destructive functionalities. PUP.OneClick may use various tricky techniques to access the computer system without the PC user knowing about it. PUP.OneClick may cause unwanted browser diversions to a specific commercial website, install an unwanted toolbar, and show disturbing pop-up advertisements related to the web user's browsing habits including deals, coupons, and online discounts.
