PsdCheckEr is a Potentially Unwanted Program. PsdCheckEr may also be known as PsdCheckeR with a version that numbers may be 4.0 or 5.0. Regardless of the 'version' of PsdCheckEr installed on your computer, the effect on your PC will be the same. PsdCheckEr is potentially threatening because PsdCheckEr may be installed without the computer users' knowledge. Once installed, PsdCheckEr is designed to display pop-up advertisements and expose computer users to advertising material such as banners or other forms of advertisements. The main purpose of this is to profit from advertisement revenue at the expense of computer users. PsdCheckEr may also compromise the computer users' security because PsdCheckEr tracks the affected computer user's activities for use in marketing research. If PsdCheckEr is installed on your Web browser, PC security researchers strongly advise removing PsdCheckEr using suitable removal methods. Failure to do so may expose your computer to more harmful types of content.
