The PrizeCoupon browser app is advertised as a valuable shopping companion in freeware bundles, but you might be interested to know that it is branded by security experts as adware. The PrizeCoupon software has functionality similar to the modus operandi of the Right Coupon, PerfectCoupon and Savings Bull browser extensions that work as ad platforms. The PrizeCoupon app may appear as a browser extension, and add-on or a Browse Helper Object depending on what browser you have on your PC. The PrizeCoupon adware may use its integration with your web browser to display coupons, discounts, ads pop-up windows and banners that might cover your browser surface. The PrizeCoupon extension works as an ad platform for marketing materials from retailers, and its operations may slow down your PC. By inserting a registry key in Windows, the PrizeCoupon adware can perform every time you start your browser, and you might want to use a powerful anti-spyware tool to remove it.
