The Polícia de Segurança Pública Portuguese virus is one of many versions of the Ukash Winlocker, also known as the Bundespolizei Fake Alert and the Metropolitan Police Virus. Basically, this family of malware specializes in displaying a fake alert from the various police forces for European countries.
