I fell for the trap on my laptop and restored to an ealier date. Well now everytime my laptop boots up it says it can’t find hotfix.exe and now I’m locked out of my screen. I have the Vista disk but can’t reformat or anything. Is this something I can fix on my own? Thanks for any help.
