MyComGuard is a bogus security application disguised as a legitimate tool. MyComGuard spreads via Trojan horses and is able to download and installs without a user's knowledge. MyComGuard is unable to conduct any legitimate security software functions, therefore users should not trust any information displayed by it. MyComGuard conducts fake system scans and displays fabricated results.

MyComGuard also floods an infected PC's desktop with numerous pop-ups, warnings and security alerts. Additionally, MyComGuard can redirect the web browser to malicious web pages that sell promote it. All in all, MyComGuard attempts to trick users into believing that their computers are infected and then it suggests that they purchase its "full" version. This is just another scam. Use reputable security software to kill the parasite immediately.
