Koler.pro

Upon landing on Koler.pro, all that the visitors will see is supposedly a video clip that is stuck and is buffering currently. A fake error message will encourage them to 'Click Allow to watch the video.'

Unfortunately, there is no video. The truth is that all visitors whose curiosity got the better of them have now fallen for a browser-based tactic that has only one goal - to deliver unsolicited advertisements by tricking users into subscribing to its push notification system. And that is exactly what happens when anyone clicks the 'Allow' button.

The advertisementss generated by Koler.pro could become frequent enough to disrupt the normals usage of the affected device. They could also start taking up screen space. Clicking on any of them could redirect the user to fraudulent or even compromised third-party Websites.

To stop Koler.pro's tactic, all that is needed is to revoke the permissions that the Website received trough its social-engineering tricks. To do so, open your browser's 'Settings' menu, located Koler.pro in the Permissions tab, and remove everything.
