Kersatur.online is a deceptive website that uses a misleading tactic to fool users into subscribing to browser notifications. Adware programs or browser hijackers usually push websites that are part of such online tactics. These Potentially Unwanted Programs (PUPs) modify affected browsers' settings, forcing them to launch empty websites like Kersatur.online upon startup. Like many other pages of this type, Kersatur.online presents a fake verification test for bots to its visitors with the following text:

'Kersatur.online wants to Show notifications

Click Allow to confirm that you are not a robot!'

Once a user falls into the trap and clicks on the 'Allow' button, hoping the website would load some meaningful content, Kersatur.online receives the needed permission to display pop-up notifications directly on the user's screen. Kersatur's messages typically contain dubious advertising material about online gambling, adult pages, PUPs, fake software copies, and bogus offers. Fraudsters often embed corrupted scripts into these advertisements as well, allowing them to download malware on target computers directly.
