Deal Boat is a potentially unwanted program created by 215 apps for Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome that is usually added when web users install other free applications. Deal Boat will show advertisements, coupons and sponsored links via a pop-up box on Amazon, Walmart, Ebay and other shopping websites that are visited by PC users. These pop-up advertisements will be shown as boxes, which carry numerous coupons that are available or as underlined keywords, which when clicked will illustrate a pop-up advertisement that declares it comes to the target Internet user from Deal Boat. When victimized computer users install free applications, they will also install Deal Boat. While being installed, Deal Boat will display a box, which encompasses relevant keyword suggestions, ads and sponsored links, in the right top part of the compromised Internet browser, whenever the attacked PC user will visit Facebook, Expedia, Best Buy or any other similar websites.
