CommentsPlus is a browser add-on offered by Aztec Media that is supposed to provide its users with a convenient interface that they can use to leave voice comments for pages they browse. These voice comments can only be reviewed by other users of CommentsPlus so that the purpose of this extension seems to be to connect people and help them share opinions. However, CommentsPlus is not that useful in its current state since it needs to be adopted by millions of users to work as expected. Another reason why the installation of CommentsPlus is not recommended is that this add-on is meant to modify the settings of the Web browsers by setting Blpsearch.com as the default search engine.

While this change should not be treated as a significant problem, it may prevent the users from searching the Web reliably. If you have installed CommentsPlus and are bothered by the changes it brought, then we suggest that you take care of its removal as soon as possible. Since this is just a Potentially Unwanted Program (PUP) that does not pose a threat, it’s removal can be done manually or with the use of a suitable PC security tool.
