The BrowserWeb application is not published by the Browserweb Media Agency, and it is an adware that relies on the popularity of its name to stay undetected by users that see it in their 'Control Panel.' The BrowserWeb adware may travel incorporated with free software bundles and work in your system's background to show ads in your Web client. The BrowserWeb adware may alter the modus operandi of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Internet Explorer to enable its operations and use executable DLL files to avoid appearing in your extension and plug-in managers. The BrowserWeb adware may use the main process thread of your running Web client to host its operations, and you may not see it listed as a separate process in the Windows Task Manager. The BrowserWeb adware functions similarly to First Verify and Flying Deals and might use DOM storage data, session cookies and read your browsing history to show related offers, deals, coupons, discounts and vouchers. Security analysts note that the BrowserWeb adware may use banners, pop-up, and pop-under windows to load marketing content in your Web client. Moreover, the BrowserWeb adware may use ActionScript3 to inject in-text hyperlinks on the pages you visit and show recommended offers when you visit e-commerce portals like Walmart, Amazon, eBay and best Buy. The BrowserWeb adware may try to earn pay-per-install revenue by inviting you to install applications like A-Fast Antivirus and Windows Processes Organizer. However, the programs mentioned before are considered to be rogue security tools that should not be welcomed by users that want up-to-date protection and trustworthy scans. You should install a reputable anti-malware suite that can purge the BrowserWeb adware from your PC securely.
