Backdoor.Roopre is a backdoor Trojan that opens a back door on the affected PC, steals information and can add potentially infected files. Once launched, Backdoor.Roopre creates potentially infectious files on the contaminated PC. Backdoor.Roopre may contact one of the command-and-control (C&C) servers. Backdoor.Roopre then opens a back door on the corrupted PC, allowing attackers to perform malevolent actions such as collect information from the infected computer system, involving data on the installed operating system, hardware and software, steal certificates and credentials, download files, control cookies, reboot the computer system, update and uninstall itself. Backdoor.Roopre may also attempt to dupe the PC user to install other malware threats on the computer system.
