The Application Nationwide software by Super Web LLC. is deployed to users via freeware packages as a browser helper but its primary objective is to generate pay-per-click revenue for its creators. Security researchers note that Application Nationwide is adware that may use its browser integration to change your default search engine, read your Internet history and record your recent search criteria on Google. The Application Nationwide adware may use HTTP, session and Flash cookies to collect non-personally identifiable information about you to create a unique advertising profile and deliver you custom-made video ads, banners, pop-up and pop-under windows. The Application Nationwide adware may appear as a plugin on the 'Programs and Features' list in the 'Control Panel' of Windows. However, the Application Nationwide adware may not have a functional uninstaller to make it harder for users to remove it manually. Security researchers recommend users to address the Application Nationwide adware by using a trustworthy anti-malware solution that can purge all traces of the Application Nationwide binary.
