Advsecsmart.com
Advsecsmart.com is a misleading website that is used to advertise and distribute the rogueware called Smart Security. On penetrating a system, Smart Security will modify the browser configuration settings and insert Advsecsmart.com into the Hosts file. This will cause frequent redirection to Advsecsmart.com where the user will be prompted to purchase the non-existent full version of Smart Security. Smart Security will display numerous security notifications that will also redirect the victim to Advsecsmart.com if clicked on. Use a legitimate malware removal tool to remove the browser hijacker behind Advsecsmart.com.
