24x7 Help is a program/call service (+1561-948-3761) that shows contact information for a remote support company and offers that a computer user downloads numerous security tools. 24x7 Help usually comes packaged with other applications that computer users can download for free from the Internet. While being installed, 24x7 will automatically launch when the PC user logins to Windows and continuously show an icon of a support person's head on the title bar of the active Window. If the PC user clicks on this head, a screen that advertises their remote support services as well as numerous security and backup applications that they have produced will be displayed. The applications advertised by 24x7 Help are registry and PC optimization programs, such as Spyware Terminator 2012, PCRx Registry Cleaner, and Online Vault Backup. Although some computer users may find 24x7 Help to be suspicious, it is not a malware threat that is installed through exploits. 24x7 Help is installed by other applications that did not adequately reveal that other programs would be installed together with it. Therefore, computer users should pay attention to the license agreements and installation screens when installing anything from the Internet.
