Win32/Virut.gen!O is a virut virus, also known as a polymorphic virus, which may infect specific executable system files upon infiltrating the computer. Win32/Virut.gen!O has also been known to create backdoor ports that allow an unauthorised user to gain remote access to personal and financial information data, leading to identity theft.
