VirusEraser Image

VirusEraser (sometimes called Virus Eraser) is a fake anti-spyware application that is often downloaded and installed without user knowledge or permission by a Trojan, through browser security exploits. Once installed and active, VirusEraser will launch on Windows startup and display numerous false notifications or alerts pertaining to infections in order to trick you into purchasing the software. VirusEraser can't prevent your computer from being infected with spyware because it uses an outdated spyware database and does not represent a thorough antispyware solution. VirusEraser is known to be related to AlfaCleaner.
