TR/Sirefef.A.77 is a Trojan that is not able to spread on its own. TR/Sirefef.A.77 is either distributed by the PC user or is downloaded by another malware infection. The software product, which downloads another software usually points to as a vector. In this case, the vector is malicious rootkit from the family of Zero Access. TR/Sirefef.A.77 is virtually rather inserted the hard drive than installed into the OS. TR/Sirefef.A.77 stays beyond OS so that a security application working within operating system only cannot see the malware infection. TR/Sirefef.A.77 is able to recover itself even after extermination. When uninstalled, TR/Sirefef.A.77 is restored by the associated malware infection covered in the boot sector.
