TROJ_PIDIEF.EXP uses social engineering methods to trick users into downloading or executing it. Once TROJ_PIDIEF.EXP has successfully exploited a vulnerability, the author of the malware can make unauthorized cross-domain requests from the compromised computer. TROJ_PIDIEF.EXP may also drop harmful files such as TROJ_DLOADR.JSP onto the infected system.
