Trojan.Win32.Jorik.IRCbot.xkt is a Trojan that is included in a Skype malware attack. Trojan.Win32.Jorik.IRCbot.xkt shows a message created in Spanish on the screen of the corrupted PCr. Trojan.Win32.Jorik.IRCbot.xkt attacks computer users in Italy then Russia, Poland, Costa Rica, Spain, Germany, Ukraine and other countries. The initial dropper, found as Trojan.Win32.Jorik.IRCbot.xkt, is dropped from a server located in India. Trojan.Win32.Jorik.IRCbot.xkt may also download and install other malware infections on the infected computer system. Trojan.Win32.Jorik.IRCbot.xkt turns the affected computer to a slave of the bitcoin generator and makes the usage of CPU to grow up significantly. Trojan.Win32.Jorik.IRCbot.xkt abuses the CPU of the targeted computer to mineBitcoins for the attacker.
