Trojan.Tracur!gen2 is Trojan that attempts to persist on the targeted PC when a system scan is executed. Trojan.Tracur!gen2 tries to evade removal by injecting a copy of its main file into System folder and naming it by the actual dll. An ordinary computer scanner, which trusts names, would delete Trojan.Tracur!gen2 under the pretext that its name matches the common knowledge system dll. Trojan.Tracur!gen2 registers itself as a COM Object so as to obtain further trust of a computer scanner. Rootkits are used to worsen elimination of Trojan.Tracur!gen2 by blocking and even destroying potential security applications. Trojan.Tracur!gen2 can intervene the victim's online queries on the hijacked Internet browser by substituting search results on any search system to advertising websites designed by hackers. Trojan.Tracur!gen2 will forcibly reroute web users to doubtful websites. Remove Trojan.Tracur!gen2 to secure your computer.
