Sirefef.gen!c is a Trojan with rootkit functionalities that hijacks the vulnerable web browser and leads to unwanted diversions to suspicious and infected websites. Sirefef.gen!c can alter search results in any search engine and divert affected web users to advertisement websites. Sirefef.gen!c will decrease the overall PC’s performance. Sirefef.gen!c is a malware infection of case-specific payload because it finds out what to do by contacting a distant server.
