JAVA_SMSSEND.AB Description
JAVA_SMSSEND.AB is a Trojan that propagates as a bogus version of Skype that was designed by cybercrooks. JAVA_SMSSEND.AB aims at stealing money from Android users. A falsified Skype app is not produced in a very professional way because it only runs on older Symbian phones or Android devices that permit execution of Java MIDlet. The false Skype app is advertised through suspicious websites, mostly hosted on Russian domains (.ru) but the fake app itself is hosted on Nigerien domains (.ne). Android does not enable users to download and install applications from any sources. In order to gain legitimate version of Skype, you should download it from the official Google Play store.
