JAVA_RHINO.AE
JAVA_RHINO.AE is a malicious Java application which is included in the Tibetan malicious email campaign which affects Windows and Mac users. The spam email carries the web-link which, if clicked by the victims, will redirect them to a malicious web page which contains a script that recognizes which OS, Windows or Mac, a computer user is using. The script will load JAVA_RHINO.AE which exploits CVE-2011-3544, an unspecified vulnerability in the Java Runtime Environment component. Once JAVA_RHINO.AE successfully exploits the specific vulnerability, it installs and runs other malware infections on the infected computer system. Uninstall JAVA_RHINO.AE with a reputable anti-malware tool.
