Fake.AdwareAler is a fake anti-spyware program which is distributed by Trojans. Once inside a computer, Fake.AdwareAler may display numerous security alerts that will claim that your system is infected. The fake security alerts will also prompt you to purchase rogue security software in order to remove the "detected" infections.
