PoisonIvy is a backdoor Trojan. Once this Trojan is installed on your computer, it provides an entry point through which an attacker can remotely control your PC. As the attacker has direct access to any information stored on your PC, this places any financial or banking information stored on your computer in severe jeopardy and represents a serious security risk.
