Backdoor.Cosiam is a Trojan program that gives remote intruders access to a compromised computer. Backdoor.Cosiam can be distributed via P2P networks, shareware or spam e-mails. Backdoor.Cosiam is able to utilize the internet to connect with a remote server via HTTP. Backdoor.Cosiam may also download additional malware onto a victim’s PC, which may negatively affect the normal operation of the system. Users should install a comprehensive anti-spyware product to remove Backdoor.Cosiam.
