Adware.LoudMo is a malicious adware program that shows commercial advertisements, constantly updates itself and controls the affected Internet user's web browsing habits. Your web browsing habits are controlled so that Adware.LoudMo could create advertisements according to your own preferences, including its success rate, which is calculated according to the number of times you click on those advertisements. Once Adware.LoudMo is active, it drops numerous corrupt files, some of which are added directly into the Mozilla Firefox folder. When the Internet Explorer is used as the main browser, Adware.LoudMo installs itself as a browser helper object and modifies the registry to start automatically each time you boot up Windows. Adware.LoudMo can also be detected at the Manage Add-ons windows that you can access via Tools menu. When Adware.LoudMo starts functioning, it sets various advertisements on the websites that you visit if the website in question has a banner. Adware.LoudMo can also show numerous pop-up messages using the names of the visited websites making you believe that the websites are malicious, while in fact, your PC system is infected with Adware.LoudMo. Remove Adware.LoudMo immediately after detection.
