Adware.CodecV, otherwise known as CodecV or Codec-C produced by AllpremiumSoft, is an ad-supported Web browser plug-in/add-on which, when installed on a PC, may cover the screen of a computer with pop-up, banner and in-text link ads. Adware.CodecV may proliferate and invade the computer through a variety of packed free applications when installing the programs. The CodecV browser extension encompasses a variety of features that may make modifications to the default or custom settings of the Web browser such as the default start page and search provider in the built-in search box of the Web browser. Adware.CodecV may insert alternative 'page not found' functionality. Adware.CodecV may enable search from the address bar of the Web browser. CodecV declares that their Software can help PC users enjoy the best possible experience while watching online streaming video on the website.
