SpyHunter defs version 5.72 (07/31/2007) Latest Program version: 2.9.5018 The following new parasites have been added: Adware.BHO.cu Adware.BHO.cu, also known as SurfSpy, is an adware application that integrates into Internet Explorer as a Browser Helper Object (BHO). Once installed on your PC, this application will launch every time that you launch Internet Explorer. It can log your search queries and web browsing history and transmit this information to its parent servers. This program may also produce unsolicited and annoying advertising. AntispyStorm AntispyStorm is a rogue antispyware program that is often downloaded and installed by Trojans, through browser security exploits, or via other nefarious mechanisms. AntispyStorm launches on Windows startup and will display notifications of imaginary security risks in its attempts to get the user to purchase the full version. This program is known to be affiliated with the Zlob Trojan and is a clone of DioCleaner. SpyPal SpyPal is a commercial keylogging program. The trial version is known to be downloaded and installed by Trojans, through browser security exploits, or via other nefarious mechanisms. SpyPal can be configured to record all aspects of a person’s computer use, including keystrokes typed, applications executed, windows opened, documents opened, clipboard contents, and administrator actions. It can also log various instant messenger chat sessions, web browsing history, and email history. The program also features the capability to take screenshots of the desktop at preset intervals. MalwareBurn MalwareBurn is a rogue anti-spyware remover. MalwareBurn will intentionally display false positives in its scan results in an attempt to goad the user into purchasing the full version. MalwareBurn is known to be distributed through numerous Trojans. This program is a clone of SpyViper Pro and SpyShield. PCPrivacyTool PCPrivacyTool is a rogue anti-spyware remover. PCPrivacyTool will intentionally display false positives in its scan results in an attempt to goad the user into purchasing the full version. PCPrivacyTool is known to be distributed through numerous Trojans. This program is a clone of SpyViper Pro and SpyShield. StealthChatMon StealthChatMon is a commercial tool that allows an attacker to monitor instant messenger activity on your PC. The program can be configured to log all Skype, AOL IM, MSN, Yahoo, and ICQ conversations. It can also be configured to send the logged conversations to a remote address at a preset interval. This program is a severe threat to the security of your personal information and should be removed immediately. The following threats were updated: Zlob.Trojan
