Trojan-GameThief.Win32.Magania.cops is specially designed to surreptitiously infiltrate unsuspecting user's systems. Trojan-GameThief.Win32.Magania.cops is able to create an autorun.inf file in its root directory in order to set the drive to autoplay. By doing so, any other remote PC across the network, which attempts to access the compromised drive will also become infected. Trojan-GameThief.Win32.Magania.cops will also create a registry to ensure that it executes whenever the system is booted. Trojan-GameThief.Win32.Magania.cops may further infect a machine by installing malicious applications that will steal sensitive information like passwords and login details.
