Antispyware Shield Pro is a fake anti-spyware program designed to trick users and get them to spend their money. On entering a system, Antispyware Shield Pro runs a fake scan and displays fake security warnings claiming that the system is infected and can only be cleaned with the “full version” of Antispyware Shield Pro. Antispyware Shield Pro spreads via a Trojan that tampers with the registry to ensure that Antispyware Shield Pro is executed with every system reboot. Antispyware Shield Pro is a misleading product that should not be purchased.
