AntiSpywareDeluxe Description

AntiSpywareDeluxe or AntispyDeluxe, is a rogue anti-spyware application that claims to be the “best antispyware software ever.” However, AntiSpywareDeluxe is just another scam created to persuade users into purchasing a product that doesn’t give what it alleges to deliver. AntiSpywareDeluxe may be downloaded and installed onto the user’s computer system by a Trojan Zlob or downloaded manually by gullible users from AntiSpywareDeluxe’s website (AntispywareDeluxe.com). Once AntiSpywareDeluxe is installed, it performs a bogus scan, displays fake scan results and a warning message pops up which is used to scare the user into clicking the link or button provided. The warning message redirects the user to AntispywareDeluxe.com where the full AntiSpywareDeluxe commercial version can be downloaded.

ProtectingTool Description

ProtectingTool or Protecting Tool, is a rogue anti-spyware application, related to SafePCTool and CleanPCTool. ProtectingTool claims to be a performance optimizer, however, it’s no different than any other rogue. ProtectingTool infects the user’s computer system with the help of a Trojan infection, such as Zlob, from a downloaded video codec or dubious website, via vulnerable security breaches. Once installed, ProtectingTool will run exaggerated registry scans and display fake scan results to scare the user into purchasing the software. ProtectingTool may also generate a large amount of popups and fake system notifications, if clicked, the user will be redirected to ProtectingTool’s website (ProtectingTool.com), which closely resembles SafePCTool’s website. ProtectingTool.com will promote rogue ProtectingTool as a legit software.

AntivirusForAll Description

AntivirusForAll or Antivirus For All, is a rogue anti-spyware application, clone of WinSecureAv and AntivirusPCSuite. AntivirusForAll is advertised on malicious websites that allege to scan user’s computer and detect non-existent threats. As soon as AntivirusForAll is installed, it will perform a system scan and display fake scan results in an attempt to trick users into purchasing the full AntivirusForAll commercial version.

YourPrivacyGuard Description

YourPrivacyGuard is a rogue anti-spyware application, related to SecurePCCleaner and PCPrivacyTool. YourPrivacyGuard claims to be a system clean-up tool and alleges to “PROTECT YOUR PRIVACY AGAINST VIOLATIONS”, however, YourPrivacyGuard is just another scam created to steal money from gullible users. YourPrivacyGuard is often downloaded and installed by a Trojan, through exploits in the Windows Operating system. Once YourPrivacyGuard is installed, it will generate false system notifications of non-existing infections and fake security popups about system alerts in an attempt to trick users into buying the full YourPrivacyGuard program to remove the supposed threats. YourPrivacyGuard’s exaggerated reports may cause computer system slowdowns and instability.

Adware.RelatedLinks Description

Adware.RelatedLinks, RelatedLinks or LinksBar, is an adware application that may come bundled with ad-supported applications, or other malware. Adware.RelatedLinks is usually installed by another application. Once installed, Adware.RelatedLinks may generate popups adverts and place additional links in the user’s browser, based on the websites visited by the user. Adware.RelatedLinks may also monitor user’s computer usage, including search terms, to generate ads that are targeted to the user. Adware.RelatedLinks may cause computer slowdowns.

Trojan-Downloader.Agent.hnp Description

Trojan-Downloader.Agent.hnp is a spyware Trojan created to hijack and infect user’s computer. Trojan-Downloader.Agent.hnp creates a security-free hole on the user’s computer system, making the computer vulnerable. Trojan-Downloader.Agent.hnp may give access to remote hackers to download and install additional spyware and rogue applications without the user’s knowledge and consent. These applications may generate a large amount of fake alerts. Due to the malicious activities of Trojan-Downloader.Agent.hnp, user’s personal and financial information may be at risk of being stolen by a third party.

Trojan.BHO.abo Description

Trojan.BHO.abo is a corrupt Trojan parasite. Once Trojan.BHO.abo installs in the user’s computer system, it created a security breach through which spyware and unwanted malware applications are downloaded and installed. Trojan.BHO.abo allows third parties to access user’s personal and financial information. The installed rogue applications may generate exaggerated amount of adverts. Trojan.BHO.abo is a risk to the user’s personal and financial information.

MonaRonaDona Description

MonaRonaDona or MonaRonaDona Virus is designed to promote rogue anti-spyware program Unigray Antivirus. MonaRonaDona was created to scare people into purchasing Unigray Antivirus. MonaRonaDona is different from regular viruses because of the pecular method it came to appear on the Web and because it is not easily detected by most of the anti-virus programs. The author of MonaRonaDona used a highly deceptive approach by adding an article on Digg.com that links to a blog with steps to remove MonaRonaDona using Unigray Antivirus. Although Unigray Antivirus does remove MonaRonaDona, it is the only parasite that it is designed remove.

MonaRonaDona fake warning message:

“Welcome to MonaRonaDona

Hi, My name is MonaRonaDona. I am a Virus & I am here to Wreck Your PC. If you observe strange behavior with your PC, like program windows disappearing etc, it’s me who is doing all this. I was created as a protest against the Human Rights Violation being observed throughout the world & the very purpose of my existence is to remind & stress the world to respect humanity.”

MonaRonaDona fake warning message will continue to pop up until you’re driven to purchase the product it promotes, Unigray Antivirus. It is recommended to keep away from unreliable blogs that mention MonaRonaDona and has Unigray Antivirus as the removal for it.
