If you need to change your username (email address you registered SpyHunter with) or password, you must submit a customer support ticket requesting to change the username or password. To submit a customr support ticket, either log into our “Members Section” or directly going to the integrated customer support system in the SpyHunter (click on the “Spyware HelpDesk” tab to open a customer support ticket or send a diagnostic report known as a Support Log).
