Username and Password is NOT RECOGNIZED
If you’re having problems updating the SpyHunter or definitions, please try to do it once again.
We improved our servers and fixed all possible issues that could be causing the program to display the message that your username and password were not recognized.
Also check the “SpyHunter Settings” to make sure you have the correct username and password entered.
To check the “SpyHunter settings”:
- Click on “Settings” (located on the top of the SpyHunter window) and then choose “Options”.
- Enter you username (Email) and password and click on “OK”.
Note: When you input your account information, please type it in exactly as you see it in this email, or copy and paste it. Make sure there are no spaces before or after your username/email or password.
- Try to update again.
If SpyHunter still gives you the message “Sorry Your Username and Password Cannot Be Found in our Database”, you might have your subscription expired. Please go to Invalid Username and Password Message for instructions to verify if your software version and subscription are expired.
