Trojan.Horst Description
Trojan.Horst is a Trojan known to hijack user’s homepage and download unwanted applications. Trojan.Horst silently installs on the user’s computer system and runs in the background, downloading and installing malware and adware without the user’s approval. Trojan.Horst may alter user’s system processes, record keystrokes, and give access to remote hackers to this information. Trojan.Horst may also send large amounts of spam emails.
Trojan-Downloader.Agent.fed Description
Trojan-Downloader.Agent.fed is a Trojan downloader installed through a security exploit or other dubious mechanisms. Trojan-Downloader.Agent.fed installs in the user’s computer system and opens a channel, facilitating the download of large amounts of adware and spyware. Trojan-Downloader.Agent.fed is a very dangerous threat to the security of your personal and financial data.
Trojan-Downloader.Agent.ndt Description
Trojan-Downloader.Agent.ndt is a Trojan downloader created to infiltrate the user’s computer system and facilitate unwanted downloads. Trojan-Downloader.Agent.ndt creates a breach through which large amounts of adware and spyware infiltrate, infecting the user’s computer system. Trojan-Downloader.Agent.ndt may endanger the user’s personal and financial information.
Email-Worm.Zhelatin.is Description
Email-Worm.Zhelatin.is is an email worm that spreads itself to other computers as a spam email attachment. Email-Worm.Zhelatin.is hides in the user’s computer system using rootkit techniques and will attempt to email messages to all email addresses that Email-Worm.Zhelatin.is is able to find on the user’s computer. Once a user opens an Email-Worm.Zhelatin.is’s attachment, the user’s computer system gets infected.
IE PassView Description
IE PassView is a utility created to retrieve passwords and usernames stored in the Internet Explorer database. IE PassView may help the user recover forgotten passwords, however, it has been used by remote hackers for fraudulent activities. IE PassView may come bundled with unwanted malware and allow third parties to access saved passwords for websites users have visited.
Trojan.AVKill Description
Trojan.AVKill is a Trojan downloader designed to make user’s computers vulnerable by terminating any antivirus processes running on the user’s computer system. Once these processes are terminated, Trojan.AVKill creates a channel in the computer system through which a large amount of malware are downloaded and installed. Trojan.AVKill may put the user’s personal and financial information at risk.
All In One Keylogger Description
All In One Keylogger is a spyware keylogger known by employers and parents to monitor computer activity. All In One Keylogger may be installed for legitimate purposes, however, hackers may use All In One Keylogger to break upon the user’s privacy. All In One Keylogger records keystrokes, takes screenshots, tracks online conversations, and more. All In One Keylogger is a threat to the user’s financial and personal information.
VipAntiSpyware Description
VipAntiSpyware is another fake anti-spyware program designed to steal money from computer users. VipAntiSpyware installs via a Trojan, such as Vundo or Zlob, through a browser security hole. VipAntiSpyware scare tactics include bogus scans and scan results, as well as, imaginary security alerts and privacy risks. VipAntiSpyware promotes the full VipAntiSpyware version of the program, claiming to be able to remove the supposed threats. VipAntiSpyware may seem legit, however, it’s just another malicious scam. VipAntiSpyware may also generate system slowdowns and instability.
AntiVirProtect Description
AntiVirProtect, AntiVir Protect or Anti Vir Protect, is a clone of infamous SpyShredder. AntiVirProtect is a rogue anti-spyware program that infiltrates in the user’s computer system by a Trojan through browser security breaches. AntiVirProtect is designed to persuade the user with scare tactics into purchasing the AntiVirProtect commercial version. AntiVirProtect generates false error messages of supposed threats and may download unwanted malware onto the user’s computer system. AntiVirProtect may also cause computer slowdowns and bypass Windows Firewall.
AntiSpywareExpert Description
AntiSpywareExpert is a fake anti-spyware application, clone of ProtectingTool. AntiSpywareExpert is very similar to other popular rogue anti-spyware programs. AntiSpywareExpert is installed by a Trojan (Zlob or Vundo) via security exploits, or other fraudulent mechanisms. Once AntiSpywareExpert is installed, it will scan the user’s computer and generate false warning messages stating that AntiSpywareExpert has detected a large amount of spyware and that in order to remove them the user must buy its product. These are AntiSpywareExpert tricks to scare the user into purchasing the full version of the program from its website (AntiSpywareExpert.com). AntiSpywareExpert may also slow user’s computer performance.
