Trojan.Downloader.Contravirus
Contravirus is a Trojan downloader application that is associated with a rogue anti-spyware application also known as ContraVirus. Once installed on your PC, this Trojan will download and install additional malware, and will display a tremendous amount of popup adverts and fake security warnings. This program is extremely difficult to manually remove, and will rebuild itself if partially disabled.
WebDir
WebDir is an adware application that integrates into IE as a browser helper object and resolves non-existent domain names to point to sponsored content. This program runs silently at startup and embeds itself into Internet Explorer as a BHO. WebDir will redirect searches to their advertisers if a user enters a keyword into the address bar or mistypes a URL. This adware is related to New.Net.
Trojan.Cimuz-CD
Cimuz is a Trojan application. Once installed on your PC, Cimuz will connect to the Internet and interact with a remote server. Cimuz will autostart with Windows, and will also attempt to circumnavigate several major antivirus programs. This program opens up a large security hole on your computer and is a very dangerous threat to the security of your personal and financial data.
