SpyHunter Cannot Clear the Infection or it Comes Back

If you are experiencing any re-occurring infection, you might have been infected by a Trojan-Virus.
Trojan-Viruses cause a mutating infection, which creates unique files based on the MAC address of your computer, and cannot be identified or deleted by any Spyware or Virus Remover programs.
SpyHunter was not designed to delete viruses and severe Trojan-Virus infections. However, SpyHunter offers a feature called Support log, that allows us to identify those mutating infections and, in most cases, generate a unique fix for your system, and automatically clear the infection.
If you notice that you have any type of re-occurring infection, some registry entry or file that is not being automatically removed by SpyHunter, please send us a Support Log.
The Support Log takes a snapshot of the configuration and memory of your system, and allows us to faster and more efficiently assist you.
Once we receive your support log, our technical support team will analyze your log and give you a feedback on how to fix your problem.
In most cases, our technicians are able to provide you with an automated fix, easy to execute, and delivered directly to your email.
