  1. Chris H Says:

Smart Virus 2009 has made changes to my machine that I can’t fix. It now keeps my c:\ drive from showing up in “my Computer”. When I click start I can see a few things but the “programs” button is missing. I finally was able to try a restore point by going through c drive by opening a browser and typing in c and was able to do a restore but it would only restore back to when the software installed itself. Many many things are either missing or inaccessable . You can’t even access task manager , it says it was disabled by admin. I am the admin. I knew it was fake when it claimed there was an attack via the internet in progress and I was off line and the cables were disconnected, the wireless card was removed and the router was off as well. How can you have an attempted attack when you are not hooked up to anything?
