How To Set Up Your Account Options On SpyHunter

You can set up your account options for SpyHunter by following the directions below.

  1. Click “Settings”, located in SpyHunter’s menu bar. From “Settings”, choose “Options”.

  3. The Options window will pop open. Enter your email address into the Email box, along with your Password (you’ll need to make sure not to enter any spaces before or after your email address and password).
  4. SpyHunter Options

    Your SpyHunter account options are as follows:

    - Check “Start SpyHunter on Boot” to launch SpyHunter every time you turn on or restart your computer.

    - Check “Start Scanning on Boot” and SpyHunter will scan your system every time you turn on or restart your computer (to activate this option you’ll need to also check Start SpyHunter on Boot.)

    - Check “Automatic Check for Updates” to set up SpyHunter to automatically check for updates. This option is recommended for maximum protection.

    - Check “Display Scan Time” if you’d like to know how long SpyHunter is taking to scan your system, and each SpyHunter scan will be timed.

    When you’ve selected the all of the “Options” you’d like, click OK.

Note: If you’ve upgraded to SpyHunter 2.0+ from an older version of SpyHunter and this is the first time you’re setting up your account options, you’ll need to clear all of your settings in the “Options” window, click “Apply” and then click “OK”. Next, reopen the “Options” window and begin again.
