Many people have purchased the full version of SpyHunter, but have had difficulties downloading and installing the full version.

When they attempt to remove items found in the scan, by clicking remove, they get a message stating that they must purchase the full version of the product to remove — even if they have already purchased!

The reason you are experiencing these problems is because ALTHOUGH YOU DID PAY FOR THE FULL VERSION, it DID NOT get properly downloaded and installed!

In order for the installation to work, YOU MUST CLOSE ALL OPEN SPYHUNTER WINDOWS BEFORE RUNNING THE FULL SPYHUNTER INSTALLATION FILE!

Please CLOSE ALL SPYHUNTER WINDOWS, and then follow the instructions that you received in your purchase confirmation email!
