-
A Firewall program such as Norton Internet Security, McAfee, Zone Alarm, AVG and others that is preventing SpyHunter from accessing the Intenet.
Please follow the instruction below to RE-ACTIVATE SpyHunter3.
You DO NOT NEED to RE-PURCHASE SpyHunter3, if prompted.
In order to properly activate SpyHunter, you MUST DISABLE any FIREWALL software program running on your computer, such as Norton Internet Security, McAfee, Zone Alarm and others. They might interfere with the activation of SpyHunter. You can turn your firewall back on after the activation is complete.
-
Click the “Options” tab (located on the left side menu of the SpyHunter 3).
-
Enter you username (Email) and password (OUR SYSTEM IS CASE SENSITIVE) and click “Activate Now” button.
MAKE SURE YOU ENTER PASSWORD SLOWLY AS YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SEE IT, OTHERWISE IT WILL NOT WORK. Also, make sure there are no spaces before or after your username/email or password. It’s very important that you erase any information previously stored in the username and password fields. Sometimes they get corrupted upon update.
