How to Get Rid of Messenger Service Pop-Ups

We are in the process of adding functionality to the next version of SpyHunter to automatically remove the annoying “Messenger Service” popups that are troubling you.

In the meantime, here are manual instructions to remove the Messenger pop-ups:

  1. Open the Windows “Control Panel”, by clicking on the Windows “Start” button, and then on “Control Panel” in the menu that pops up (depending on your computer’s configuration, you may need to click on “Start”, then “Settings”, then “Control Panel”).
  2. Inside of the “Control Panel”, click on the “Administrative Tools” item. If you do not see this item in your “Control Panel”, you may need to change the view to “CLASSIC” view.

Locating the Username and Password in the Receipt E-Mail

This article shows you how to locate the right Username and Password in the Receipt E-Mail to be used on the “SpyHunter Account Settings”.

Below is a copy of the Receipt E-Mail:

  1. The Username and Password on the top of the Receipt (#1) is the account information that you will use on the “SpyHunter Account Settings”. It will also be used to log on to our website for future downloads and technical support requests.

Note: When setting up the “SpyHunter Account Settings”, make sure that there are no spaces before or after your username/email or password.
