Having Activation Problems with SpyHunter v.3?

Before submitting a request to our technical support, please read the documentation below carefully to help you solve your SpyHunter activation issues.

How to Activate SpyHunter v.3

If you have problems activating or do not know how to activate SpyHunter v.3 follow the instructions below.

  1. Disable firewall program. Make sure to disable any firewall software program running on your computer, such as Norton Internet Security, McAfee, Zone Alarm, AVG and others, because they might interfere with the activation of SpyHunter. You can turn your firewall back on after the SpyHunter activation is complete.

  2. Open "order confirmation" email sent to you after your SpyHunter purchase. The "order confirmation" email has the subject line "SpyHunter - Order #[YOUR_ORDER_NUMBER]" and has your activation details.

  3. Open SpyHunter program. Go the SpyHunter program and click on the "Options" tab (located on the left side menu of the SpyHunter v.3).

  4. Activate SpyHunter. Enter your username (which is the email address you registered with) and your password and click on the "Activate Now" button.

If after following the instructions above you are still not able to activate SpyHunter3 or you're getting the error message "No Internet connection is available", read more on more common SpyHunter activation and/or update problems.

Did Not Receive "Order Confirmation" Email with Account Info?

Here are some scenarios as to why you did not receive the "order confirmation" email:

  • Either your spam blocker, your ISP or your email client are blocking the "order confirmation" email. We recommend you check your spam folder to ensure that the "code confirmation" email has not been filtered as spam or ask your ISP if they are blocking any email from Enigma Software Group.

  • You mistyped your email address during the purchase process. If you believe that you mistyped your email address at the time of the purchase, please contact our vendor Reg.Net. You will find information further down the page on how to contact Reg.Net.

If for any reason you did not receive your "order confirmation" email, please call our vendor Reg.Net to obtain your SpyHunter account information.

A Reg.Net representative will be able to either provide you with your account information over the phone or fix a mistyped email address, as well as resend your account information.

If you do not have your order number, please have the credit card used to purchase SpyHunter available as Reg.Net needs the credit card number to be able to locate your order number. BE AWARE THAT YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED AGAIN.

Please ask the Reg.net representative for your username and password on the account and then follow the activation instructions (How to Activate SpyHunter v.3) above to activate SpyHunter.
